CHAPTER 18 - CHILD DISABILITY ALLOWANCE - Child disability allowance eligibility will change as at 1 January 1996. See guidelines 18.000 to 18.7400.

Child disability allowance (CDA) eligibility will change as at 1 January 1996. CDA can be paid for a child up until the child turns 22 instead of 25. CDA forms (Form SC5 - CDA Claim Form) and (Form SC202 - CDA Determination of Claim/Review) have changed. They both now have 3 parts (A, B & C) instead of 2. Whole chapter has been reissued.
