This visa subclass came into effect from 1 July 2012.
DIAC has advised that this visa is available by invitation only. Before being invited to apply, new applicants must first lodge an expression of interest through the SkillSelect program.
Holders of this provisional visa may apply for the 888 Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa after 2 years.
