3.6.2.30 Manifest Grants & Continuing Inability to Work (DSP)

Summary

The decision to manifestly grant DSP without a JCA is restricted to limited circumstances/medical conditions (3.6.2.20) where it is recognised that the medical condition itself provides a manifest CITW (1.1.C.330).

Note: See 3.6.2.20 for 2 lists of conditions to help decision makers identify and expedite manifest grants of DSP.
