A person who is unhappy with a decision made under the SS(Admin)Act about income management under the Vulnerable Welfare Payment Recipients Measure, will have access to the full range of review and appeal rights, including AROs and the SSAT.
In addition, a person income managed under this measure can request that the delegate reconsider their circumstances (as opposed to reviewing or appealing the original decision).
