Review of decision to make deductions from an individual's relevant welfare payments under SS(Admin)Act Part 3B Division 5 Subdivision B

An individual could request a review of a decision to make deductions from the individual's relevant welfare payment (category Q or S welfare payments). However, under the SS(Admin)Act Part 3B Division 5 Subdivision B, the Secretary (or delegate) has no discretion as to whether or not to make deductions.
