11.2.8.30 Pending Notices under the Cape York Initiative

Pending notices

If an individual's category P or R welfare payment (and/or partner's payment, if applicable) has been cancelled, the Family Responsibilities Commission income management notice sits as a 'pending notice' and the delegate must action the notice if the individual subsequently becomes an eligible recipient and if the notice is still in force in relation to the individual.
