11.2.4.40 Revoking Income Management Notices under the Cape York Initiative

Revoking income management notices

The Family Responsibilities Commission (FRC) may end or revoke an income management notice. The delegate will note the date(s) on which the FRC has issued the notice(s) requiring that an individual be subject to the income management regime and ensure that they continue to act on the most recent valid notice(s).
