If a person fails to attend the initial or ongoing face-to-face income management interviews set with the delegate, they may be subject to payment suspension (SS(Admin)Act section 81), depending on the type of payment they receive. This section explains the actions that may be taken by the delegate if a person fails to contact the delegate.
