10.23.2 Terms Used - Agreement with Greece

Defined terms

Article 1 of the Agreement with Greece defines key terms used in the Agreement. The reason terms are defined is covered in 10.1.2.10.

Once defined, terms are used consistently throughout the text of the Agreement, unless an Article specifically states otherwise. For this Agreement it is important to know the meaning of:

• Benefit,
• Legislation,
• Period of Australian working life residence, and
• Period of insurance.
