10.14.3.20 Benefits Payable under the Agreement with Germany

Benefit payable

Article 2 of the Agreement covers the benefits payable under the Agreement.

Australian benefits covered

• age pension,
• Australian disability support pension,
• CP (to people who are caring for a partner in receipt of Australian Age or Australian disability support pension),
• pensions payable to widowed persons (PPS and BVA), and
• double orphan pension.

German benefits covered

The German benefits covered are those paid by the German pension insurance funds under the German pension insurance scheme.
