10.10.10.10 Information Which can be Exchanged - Agreement with Portugal

Information which can be exchanged

Article 27 of the Agreement says that Australia and Portugal can exchange information needed for the effective operation of each country's social security system. This means the flow of information is quite broad and covers information relevant to the person's eligibility for all benefits and not just those covered by the Agreement.
