Usage

Definition: schooling requirement period

Schooling requirement period is defined in clause 5 of the Social Security (Administration) (Schooling Requirement) Determination 2009 (No. 1). For the school enrolment component of SEAM a schooling requirement period is the period that the child is required to be enrolled at school. Typically, this would be the entire period between the lower and upper compulsory school ages for a child in the relevant state or territory.
