1.1.S.40 Saved cases, savings provisions


This definition applies to all payments.


Definition: saved cases

Saved cases are those cases that continue to qualify for a payment under previous legislation.


Definition: savings provisions

Savings provisions are provisions in Schedule 1A of the SSAct which describe saved cases.
