1.1.C.353 Correspondence nominee


This definition applies to all payments.



A correspondence nominee is a person, other than the social security principal, who may receive social security correspondence and (in most instances) may act on the principal's behalf as if they were the principal. This arrangement is made under the direction of the Secretary.
