1.1.A.65 Adjustment payment

Definition

This is the payment made for a shorter than usual entitlement period (1.1.E.125) - i.e. less than 14 days. Adjustment payments are most commonly made when a customer has:

  • just commenced payment, or
  • had their payment cancelled, or
  • changed their entitlement period.
