4.13.1.10 CCMS - Formal Enrolment

Formal enrolment

Note: Formal enrolments only apply to services operating under CCMS.

Formal enrolments are used for sessions of care provided to families claiming CCB as fee reductions or intending to claim CCB as a lump sum after the end of the financial year.

For a formal enrolment to be created the family must provide the service with a:

  • parent or guardian CRN,
  • child CRN,
  • parent or guardian DOB, and
  • child DOB.

Formal enrolments will link a parent, child and service provider through their eligibility for CCB as reduced fees or their indication that they intend to claim CCB as a lump sum after the end of the financial year.
