This topic explains the eligibility exception for voluntary claimants (1.1.V.15).
Where a person is required to comply with the terms of their JETCCFA activity agreement (1.1.J.40) to be eligible for JETCCFA, non-compliance with their activity agreement, due to the person's child being on a school term break will not be treated as non-compliance. The meaning of 'school' in this provision includes the 2 years prior to the commencement of primary school.
