1.1.I.80 Indexation

Definition

For the purposes of FA, indexation means periodically adjusting payments in line with CPI increases. Movement in the CPI is measured quarterly and for most payments, increases from indexation occur once a year, although the rate of RA for FTB is indexed twice a year.
