Where a service has commenced operating under CCMS an enrolment is the mechanism which links a child, parent/guardian and service to the DEEWR system. An enrolment enables attendance information to be submitted by a service and must be created for every arrangement to provide care to a child, regardless of whether or not CCB is being claimed by the family.
If there is more than one arrangement to provide care to a child the service must create multiple enrolments to reflect the different care arrangements, for example, if there is shared care of a child.
