For the purposes of JETCCFA, an education institution is a higher education institution, a TAFE institution or a secondary school and any other institution, authority or body in Australia that are education institutions for the purposes of the Student and Youth Assistance Act 1973.
Note: From 9 May 2012, new restrictions apply to the types of courses and qualification levels undertaken for the purposes of JETCCFA (2.8.3.40).
