1.1.C.55 Correspondence nominee

Usage

This definition applies to all payments.

 

Definition

A correspondence nominee is a person, other than the family assistance recipient, who may receive family assistance correspondence and (in most instances) may act on the recipient's behalf as if they were the recipient. This arrangement is made under the direction of the Secretary.
