The actual assessment method is known as the 'disbursement' method (1.1.D.100) and is used to estimate the amount of maintenance (1.1.M.10) an applicant/recipient will receive for a relevant assessment period (1.1.R.25).
The actual assessment method, or disbursement method, is only available to payees who have registered their child support assessment for collection by Child Support.
